Serious Joe - The zombie hunter

December release is another addition for the HOST Range, Serious Joe.

With Joe, I was looking something quite popular in zombie, action or apocaliptic films, that kind of characterfull guy who is rude and likes to live lonely somewhere lost in any mountain, or driving a caravan around the country, but deep inside of him is a decent guy just tired of everything.

Hope you like it.

Sculpt made in super sculpey and green stuff.

About Fantasy Football and Movement

Always been fan of Bloodbowl, great game, lots of fun! I wish i had more time to play, but thanks a i can keep an eye on it everytime i´m asked to sculpt a miniature to be used in bloodbowl. This game allows creating very dinamic poses, something i find really interesting, when it comes the time to sculpt something that looks natural, fluid but powerfull at the same time.

This ratman, is my latest for the miniature range called Orc From Bilbao, this time they asked me to do a four leged running pose, so i found the perfect excuse for a new attemp of dinamism.

I didnt wanted a straight running pose,i prefered a dodge action while running, which seemed much more interesting to work.

Ratmen are known for being very agile, so the pose should say that dodging is made without effort.

This other mini was sculpted by one of my "padawans" of some sculpting classes i gave time ago. The miniature is the first complete green he did and also the first he casted, because it was part of a BB local championship prizes.

Though it has some sculpting mistakes, he tried his first with a very difficult pose which came along pretty nice, cant wait to see what will be the next challenge for this young Skywalker...

Cyclops shaman and Greylord Koldun

Two miniatures for Privateer Press

Pretty happy with them, I really enjoyed the shaman especially, since the savage cyclops were my first miniatures for PP, that took me a while to finish because it was quite complex concept for me in that time. The shaman came along much easier and i had time to enjoy more the sculpting.

The images show a late wip stage, were just final details were missing.

The Greylord koldun, another concept from the PP guys that was fun to sculpt, specially happy with how the face turned out.

Bellatrix

Lets start with the latest sculpt i did for my miniature line.

Bellatrix - Scavenger hero

I tried something between a veteran assasin and an evil looking scavy chick, she is supposed to be cruel and ruthless, and i think it went quite fine, characterful pose.

This is how the casted piece looks, comes in three pieces easy to assemble.

Welcome!

Welcome to my blog, here you will find every work i do, mostly based in sculpting, but also works based in ilustration or photography, so it will be like a very open portfolio where have fun.

Enjoy!
